Both,
Think of a child and a father relationship. Does the child not fear his father (especially if he knows he did something wrong)? Does the child not love his father? I think both emotions are there, don't you? Why do we have to choose one or the other. I choose both.

More times than not the word fear usually means to revere. So I both love and fear God.

First of all, the word fear in the context of God refers to reverence towards Him in worship, NOT in terror of Him. I love and worship God.

One cannot Truely LOVE GOD.... and Not Fear HIM!
TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN!

(Eph 5:19) speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
(Eph 5:20) always giving thanks for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
(Eph 5:21) submitting yourselves to one another in the fear of God.

christians love and fear god they love him for all the joy and amazing things he has given them but they fear him knowing that he could instantly take them away
