62 yrs old for about 75% of benefits. 65 for full benefits.

You need to order a copy of your benefits earned from the Social Security Admin. website http://www.ssa.gov/

SS is unlike disability. You can earn all you want with SS. There is no penalty against your check for "over earning".

Age 62 or earlier if you become disabled. You can find out more at www.socialsecurity.gov or www.socialsecurity.com or visit your local SS Office in your area. You can also request an estatimate of benefits and earnings from them over the telephone, in person or over the internet.

62 on your own record, although benefits are reduced from what they'd be if you waited until your full retirement age. Younger for a widow/widower and for surviving children, or if you are disabled.

See ssa.gov for how much you can earn - depends on your age.
