As it was said above, Your words have no meaning in spanish, BUT(!).. you may probably mean to say:

"loco de vida, señora" ? Then, this in english means:
"crazy (because) of life, Lady" or it also maybe something like:
"I'm full of life, Lady!"

It was maybe heard by you in a song?.. Let me know a little more, and we'll find the right meaning..

In Spanish it has no sense. You cannot translate word for word, it is not a phrase in spanish, just words put together.
