get a restraining order. file a sexual harassment suit.
sounds like your sister isn't really a sister to you.

People will treat you the way you allow them to treat you; if you stand up for yourself, he will not be able to continue this nonsense.
Tell him and your sister that you will not allow him to sexually abuse you - because that's what he's doing. Tell them also that you will report him to the authorities if he does not stop his behaviors.
At the same time, keep a log/record of his behaviors, with as much detail as you can remember. Ask other female family members if they've had the same experiences with him; if they have, enroll them in your campaign to get him to stop his sexual abuse, including reporting him to the authorities. I think you'll find that you are not the only one who's had to deal with this - and there is strength in numbers.
You can do this, and you must, before he abuses another person. Be strong and stand up for yourself; you deserve better treatment than you're currently receiving!

You need to cut yourself off from that part of the family. You have done all you can to fix the situation and nothing has been done. The next time he tries to call you or touch you tell him to keep his hands and comments about you to himself and leave you alone or your gonna take legal action. Its called sexual harassment and you don't have to take it. Stand up for yourself and show him your not some weak woman he can take advantage of!

You need some serious answers to his behavior. Don't let this jerk get away with intimidating you. Whenever he does something inappropriate be as loud as you can and say "Hey, KNOCK IT OFF!"
If you call attention to what he's doing he will stop. He's continuing to harrass you because there are no consequences. Embarrass him with your loud comments. And . . . never be alone with him. You can't trust him as far as you can throw him. God bless.

that is so disrespectful to u and to her.how old are you?you tell that son of a you know what,to stay away.don't speak or anything.now,i bet hes mentally abusive to your sis.she deserves much better.do you have a brother?a boyfriend?tell either one,and I'm sure you will get results.you're probably not the only one he flirts with.see it is flirting,he just cleans it up by trying to play and laugh it off.if your sister listens to your mom or dad, have one of them talk some sense into her.good luck!and i mean it.

Ask your sis to divorce him, this is just too much. If i were you, i would try writting a letter to my sis and tell her everything, while im somewhere that your sis doesnt know, just to avoid any possible argument, let your sis confront him. Move back when your sis have a solution for this situation.

Record him. Make a video or an audio tape and then show it to your sister.
The attached link might help.
