No mateeer what I try it doesnt work. I dont eat alot of junk food, and I am not lazy so I dont know whats the matter.

How long has it been since you had blood work done?I was the same way for several years.(I hadnt gone to a doctor for almost 20 years)I finally decided to get a physical and have my blood screened.I had severe hypothyroidism.(My thyroid was at a standstill)Im on medication and im losing weight like crazy,now.
