Are you allowed to ride a electrical mini bike on neighborhood roads in NH??

what's a mini motorbike? whether it is motorized, like i think of it is, then you certainly cant adventure it on the line in the time of using regulation.finished supply up. whether it is a pedal motorbike then there is no requirement in the time of using regulation to the placement any helmet in any appreciate, whether it is mini or now no longer.
