It depends how small, avoid the likes of London, being the capital is more expensive, but on the whole there is lovely places to go, very average prices, what type of thing are you looking for, update you info and i will try and point you in the right direction.

Try Wales (I know it's not England) but on the whole I'm pleasently surprised by the amount of change I get back in Welsh pubs!

No where, the entire country is expensive. Try somewhere else in Europe if you have a small budget.

their are no good in England is to expense and is filthy, Harlem NY is better.save you money and go to Greece,is by fare beater,and cheaper,and every one speak English

ermm not alot - but the midlands are the cheapest places in live so maybe try there
