I am 5'6'' and 116-120 pounds. please help me

Cut out all soda, snacks and sweets. That is what I did and I made sure that I watched what I ate and drank a lot of water and it made a huge difference. A lot of people say that 3 lbs. is nothing but there was a difference.

You can lose 3 pounds in a week. Drink juice, not just any juice, (sorry I don't remember the recipe), for the first two days, and eat 5 small meals a day, for the remainder of the week.

Short answer: Don't drink water or eat for 3 days

Long answer: Dieting is 90% and cardio is the other. When you go to the gym you have to really push yourself all the time. No carbs, no red meat, no sugar (basically vegetables, and turkey) Its hard work but if you really want to drop those three pounds you should be up for the challenge.

drink all water and no soda....trust me it works but i am wondering why u want to lose weight. the normal weight for someone 5'6" is 120-130 pounds. I weight 123.5 and i a m 5'6"

3 pounds? That's nothing. Your body weight can fluctuate that much within a few days.

Just lay off the water and skip a meal here and there.

first of all, u don't need to lose ANY weight if ur like that, but if u want to, just set a limit so ur not in the hospital with a eatting disorder.....anyway, just eat veggies and chicken(not fatty! or fried!) and healthy food, and excersize more. try walking places instead of driving

Well it sounds like you are not over weight so you dont have to worry about losing 3pounds...But to lose 3 pounds you have to eat health drink lots of water.....

NO SODA!!
Start to drink green tea with citrus. I lost 10 pounds in one week because of it... but I excercise a lot & don't eat a lot either.

uhh your already skinny (just like me) but thats ok well first have one day were all you do is dance (aggresivly)every oppertunety you have then ONLY eat salad and fruits for a week then do push ups rather then curl ups

you don't need to lose weight. i'm shorter than you, and wiegh more. you're a perfectly healthy weight right now. but if you really want to lose wight, eat healthy(no fad dieting), and excercise more. remember: muscle weighs more than fat
