Frittata. Ham.
6 eggs beaten.
1 teaspoon oil.
½ cup grated cheese
200g ham.
Tomato.
Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper.
1 table spoon of Fresh chopped parsley.
Heat the fry pan and add oil on a low heat and add cheese, ham, tomato, salt and pepper to beaten eggs and stir in.
Pre heat the grill.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook for 5 minutes. Do not stir.
To finish cooking put under the preheated grill until the top is brown.
Protect the handle with some tin foil, or remove it if it is plastic
Serve sprinkled with the parsley.

I sometimes cut it up real small, and boil some noodles, and I take the cooked noodles, cream of chicken and the ham and stick it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes, and afterwards I take cheese and sprinkle it on and put it back in for 5 minutes... its a quick and easy way to use up that ham... But you can never go wrong with a ham sandwich.

try this
Ham and pasta
* 2 1/2 cups of uncooked pasta
- you can use penne or spirals work well
* 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
* 1 cup of frozen corn
* 1/2 cup of sliced green onions
* 1 cup of cooked ham cut into 1 inch thin strips
* 1 medium zucchini cut into 1 inch thin strips
* 4 Italian plum tomatoes, cut into quarters, about 2 cups
* 1/4 teaspoon of salt
* 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
* 1/2 cup of half and half
* 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1. Cook the pasta according to the manufacture's directions. Drain, add a little butter or oil and keep the pasta warm by covering with a clean towel.
2. Melt the margarine or butter in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add the corn, zucchini- cook for 4-6 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the cooked pasta and all the remaining ingredients except the cheese. Reduce to medium heat- cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in the cheese and serve.

Spinach Souffle Ham Casserole
1 deep dish pie crust
5 eggs beaten
1 cup swiss cheese shredded
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 pkg. Stouffers frozen Spinach Souffle
2 cups chopped ham
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
Pour into pie crust (no top crust needed)
Bake for 55 min. at 375
Be sure frozen spinach is thawed.

You can make lima beans. Or a boil dinner You need a big pot of water bring to a boil add ham potatoes carrots and cabbage wait until potatoes and carrots are cooked before cabbage gos in, there is your meal.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Bang with mallet until very thin
Layer with soft onion and chives creme cheese
Layer with thin slices of ham
Salt and Pepper to taste
Roll into crushed pecans and soft butter, mixed
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
Serve on top of steamed greens, lightly drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil
Serve with a side of Au gratin potatoes.
