I'm 33 now, and though I've been told that I look several years younger, I would like to keep it that way. I know that wrinkles are as sure as death and taxes, but I would really like to look as young as possible as long as possible. That being said, though, I really don't want to resort to surgery or Botox to maintain my youthful appearance. Are there any suggestions for safe, effective means of achieving this?

I look at least 10 years younger than my age, not to me but am told by others.
This is my strategy-Wear a floppy hat when working outside/apply sunscreen, don't smoke, avoid getting sunburned / tanned(you know, laying at the beach/tanning salon) and last of all I find, genes play a major role. Have a daughter about your age who gets complimented the same way. My grandmother looked not a day over 65 when in her 90's. Be glad someone passed the genes too.

Yoga gives you a youthful glow and helps circulation. Also I agree that avoiding the sun is of utmost importance.

My secret? Daily exfoliation. It makes your skin so soft and subtle.
