ok, its hard for me to talk about it but here i go:
im only 13 years old and im already overweight. im not obease or anything im just 110lbs and for my age thats like 20 lbs overweight. at my age, im sapossed to weigh bout 90lbs. i know i should be proud of my body, but im not... i really want to lose weight. the thing is that the weight is all in my stomache. not in my face or legs. i really want to lose all that weight and i need help. i eat healthy but when i get junk food ( like candy and really sugary and fatty stuff ), i kinda go over board with it by eating a LOT of it lol. i just need somebody to tell me how to exercize right. i do sit ups, but i cannot do more than 20 cuz i get distracted and it hurts. what can i do to lose that weight in my stomache!
PLEASE HELP!

oh yeah, and i know i am overweight because my doctor even said that i am and told me to eat only 2 snacks a day and that isnt working lol so just to let you know, i KNOW im overweight and i am happy with what god gave me but i just want to try and lose it. thanks! :)

since we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.
sit ups are not gona help - they will only make your belly look bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat. sit ups do not burn fat - they build muscle.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I'm thirteen as well and I weigh 90lbs. I am very athletic! What you should do is look in the mirror carefully and see about how much weight you want to loose and where.Then, you need a motivation like for example if the mile run is coming up in your school and you really want to win! Next, run around the block for as long as you can but, to help where head phones, where sweats, and drink a lot of water. Also, drink plenty of non fat skim milk ( I drink a lot of milk so my bones are strong and I can do a lot of exercises so I loose weight also I won a lot of the presidential fitness awards.) Also, when you see candy THINK get pen and paper and write at least 10 things why you shouldn't eat it. Also, for the first week eat as you normally would and write down everything you ate that week then on Sunday check it and see how you can improve your diet. I probably sound annoying but, im serious. GOOD LUCK!

All you have to do is just cut back on the junk food like lets see instead of getting like your regular candy bar or so just get those 100 calorie packs and have one of those for a snack, let me tell you something it's not what you eat it's how much, did you know if you want to lose wait your suppose to eat 6 meals a day your breakfast is going to be your biggest meal you can have like 4 or 3 white eggs not the yoak and then put in 1 or 2 whole eggs with the yoak, then 2-3 hours later you have a snack like an apple or you can have one 100 calorie pack then 2-3 hours later you want to have lunch and 2-3 hours later snack and so on and so forth walk or run for 20-30 min. do abs go to a book store and get this book call the body sculpting bible for men "Abs" it really works and it helps you through it and tells you what you need to do! Avoid junk food get lots of exercise dont starve yourself you will only end up eating twice as much. Ask you doctor for diet plans.

Drink a lot of water, veggies and exercise. Have a good breakfast and lunch, but maybe like a salad for dinner.

i walk, take a sport, do crunches, drink lots of water, and eat healthy/diet its helping me maby you just need to do more than crunches keep hanging in i know what it feels like not to be the weight you want.
