Some studies say that 80 to 100 percent of male-to-female transsexuals experience orgasm after sex reassignment surgery (this term is preferred to "sex change operation" nowadays). Dr. Biber claims a 95 percent orgasm rate in patients age 18 to 35, which is higher than the rate for biological women.

I'm not sure, never having had the experience. But I would think it is possible owing to the massive amount of alternate sex hormones given to the person to effect the change, and his or her innate predisposition to be the opposite sex. If gays and lesbians can have orgasms, I don't know why sex-change people can't. Physically, it might be different, but emotionally it's probably the same, as the brain hasn't been altered.

I've known some post op's and I would say half can and half can not achieve orgasm.. for whatever reason.

yes. sometimes. they still have their prostate and when they have sex, the penis in the "vagina" stimulates the prostate which can have a very sensual sensation
