My landlord was supposed to be here at 3pm. It is now 4:40. How much longer do I have to wait for him?

He has done this in the past and simply not shown up, but I just talked to him yesterday and he said he would be here.

15 minutes is fashionable, 45 is late.... but then again, if you have done something wrong, you need to get ahold off him. He can evict you in bad concious saying you did nt attempt to make the appointment. If you've done nothing wrong, don't wait if you have something better to do.

You have already waited a hour too long. Leave now and next time you are supposed to meet, you stand him up.
Peace

Call him to see if he's coming. If he is coming, wait 30 minutes. If not. just leave and do the things that you need to do. :)
