Army bush up work a lot of muscles including Biceps. I would not use push up' just for that muscle.
Dumbbell curls, Barbell curls and Cable curls are your best bet for the biceps. The push up's will work the triceps pretty good. Think of all exercises as either a push or a pull. Your biceps are a pull muscle. Push-up's is a push. Work your muscle in that manner. Pull one day pushes the next. That way you are working as a muscle group and not over working.

Pushups mainly work the triceps although the biceps do contract a little during the movement.

pushing exercises work the triceps and pulling exercises work the biceps.

no...push ups do not effectively stimulate the biceps. the bicep is only used as a dynamic stabilizer during that movement so it assists joint stabilization
