the pebble was approximately pink and came from the fish tank.
about 1 cm
took him ten minutes to throw it up.

Yeah, you're really going to have to watch him. I would put him in a crate when you can't supervise him.

Your dog might need vitamin's or a different type of dog food , sometimes dogs they even eat there own poop when they need vitamin's they're not getting (rock's have minerals) .
