After 2 babies I have saggy breasts. But sorry no cure besides surgery. You have done great by loosing that much weight. Saggy breasts can be a bit of a turn off, but I have accepted it and appreciated that there is more to beauty than nice breasts. Those are my "badges if honor."
So hey, don't worry too much if you do not find the help, those are your badges.

Do pectorals exercises. Although this will help to some, if any, extent, it will not give a total lift to sagging breasts. Queen Latifa comes to mind. She did a world of good to her frame when she decided to go for surgery. If you choose not to go that route, and understandably so, develop an acceptance of your body and congratulate the fact that you lost all that weight and work your chest muscles to at least line the back of your breasts. You never mentioned your cup size, so, I can only form a picture of what your weight loss left you with. At any rate, that's as much as I can suggest to you. Good luck.

try the firming lotion specifically for the breast...buy it at walmart.. but, im sorry you can only prevent saggy breast, once they are saggy the only thing that will work is surgery...but you can help them not to get any more saggy by wearing a bra ALL the time (at night too), try your best not to bounce them (example: jumping up and down or running), and dont let your man play and caress them.

Sorry, but from everything I've read, surgery is the only thing that will help saggy skin after drastic weight loss. Consult your doctor and your insurance company to see if they would pay for it as a medical type situation rather than a cosmetic procedure.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if your ligaments have stretched beyond the point of no return nothing but surgery will get them back. Exercise can build up the chest wall and give the impression of lifted breasts.

No product, but try this: Take your hands, and hold your arms out in front of you...touch your fingers at the tips, and push push push...you will feel the muscles in your chest start to pump up...kinda like isometrics...you will feel and see the results, and start with ten and ad five or ten a day till you can see results..it works! And congrats on your great weight loss

you will find that spring exercises work wonders they have two types and i recommend both one is wall mounted the other is available most any sports department the wall style allows you to work at the muscles that you would not normally have access to and by tightening and toning surrounding muscle you will improve the appearance and may even add substance to your breasts.
