Psalm 37: 9-13 --> 9.) Those who do evil will be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD will possess the land. 10.) Wait a little, and the wicked will be no more; look for them and they will not be there. 11.) But the poor will possess the land, will delight in great prosperity. 12.) The wicked plot against the just and grind their teeth at them; 13.) But the LORD laughs at them, knowing their day is coming.
29.) The just will possess the land and live in it forever.
Psalm 37 - The psalm responds to the problem of evil, which the Old Testament often expresses as a question: why do the wicked prosper and the good suffer? The psalm answers that the situation is only temporary. God will reverse things, rewarding the good and punishing the wicked here on earth. The perspective is concrete and earthbound: people's very actions place them among the ranks of the good or wicked. Each group or "way" has its own inherent dynamism--eventual frustration for the wicked, eventual reward for the just. The psalm is an acrostic, i.e., each section begins with a successive letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Each section has its own imagery and logic.
The land: the promised land, Israel, which became for later interpreters a type or figure of heaven. Cf Hebrews 11:9-10, 13-16. The New Testament Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-12; Luke 6:20-26) have been influenced by the psalm, especially their total reversal of the present and their interpretation of the happy future as possession of the land.
Psalm 83 --> 18.) That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
Psalm 83 - The community lament complains to God of the nations' attempts to wipe out the name of Israel (Psalm 83:1-8). The psalmist sees all Israel's enemies throughout its history united in a conspiracy (Psalm 83:2-8). May God destroy the current crop of enemies as the enemies of old were destroyed (Psalm 83:9-12), and may they be pursued until they acknowledge the name of Israel's God (Psalm 83:13-18).
[7-9] Apart from the Assyrians, all the nations listed here were neighbors of Israel. The people of . . . Hagar: a tribe of the desert regions east of Ammon and Moab (1 Chron 5:10, 19-22). Gebal is the Phoenician city of Byblos or perhaps a mountain region south of the Dead Sea. The descendants of Lot are Moab and Edom (Genesis 19:36-38 and Deut 2:9). These nations were never united against Israel in the same period; the psalm has lumped them all together.

Psalm 37:9-13 9 For evil men will be cut off,
but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more;
though you look for them, they will not be found.
11 But the meek will inherit the land
and enjoy great peace.
12 The wicked plot against the righteous
and gnash their teeth at them;
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked,
for he knows their day is coming.
AND
29 the righteous will inherit the land
and dwell in it forever.
Psalm 83:18 18 Let them know that you, whose name is the LORD—
that you alone are the Most High over all the earth.
I would have to assume they are not believers or disobediant?

.37:9-13 for evil men will be cut off,but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more:though you look for them,they will not be found.But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace. The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them: but the Lord laughs at the wicked,for he knows that their day is coming. NIV 37:29 The righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it for ever.NIV If you read the 4 or five verses before these you'll see Gods instructions to not fret when the wicked carry out their ways and to not also get angry and to turn away from wrath but to wait Patiently for the Lord. These instructions are given because it is so easy to get ourselves into these type of fleshly attitudes and then the enemy has done exactally what he is constantally attempting to accomplish and that is to cause us to walk in the flesh and sin. Remember sin seperates us from God and with out his presence we are powerless.So when we see these evil things or People( Spirits) Eph 6:12 We should immediatly (to ourselves) so not to offend PRAY for them so that just maybe they will have a moment of clarity and turn from their wicked ways. Remember that God wishes that none should parish and that all will be saved and that should be our wishes also.Some however will never see the truth or come to know him and God is assuring us that eventually we will inherit the land and the wicked will be no more To me it sounds like he is talking about this land that we allready live on only the circumstances will be so unbelievably wonderful, to many to mention here.But for sure the wicked will not be in the same place. Please pray for them,some may even be in my heritage who I will never stop praying for.God promises that when I saved you I'll save your whole family.Now that I've given you my opinion of what the Word in the verses I'll give you my opinion of why people ignore Psalm:9-13. To the lost it is so much more fun to ingage in the sins of this world, The devil made sin inticeing and fun for the lost and hides the concequences The saved know that there is so much fun and so many things to do with out having to sin however the lost will not come to find that out until the find the truth. Thanks for listening and God bless

9For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.
10For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.
11But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
12The wicked plotteth against the just, and gnasheth upon him with his teeth.
13The LORD shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.
29The righteous shall inherit the land, and dwell therein for ever.
18That men may know that thou, whose name alone is JEHOVAH, art the most high over all the earth.
All of these verses are pretty straight foward. What exactly are you asking? And what are you referring or asking when asking King James advocates to check out 83:18?
The verses in Chapter 37 refer to the coming kingdom of heaven in which the followers of Christ Jesus shall indeed inherit a new heaven and new earth (Rev. 21:1). Since the fall of man, evil and wicked men have ruled the world. That will all come to an end when Christ returns and establishes His kingdom.
And I am still unclear what your reference is to 83:18. The word Jehovah:
××××
yehoÌvaÌh
BDB Definition:
Jehovah = “the existing One”
1) the proper name of the one true God
God bless you.

Let me answer you with a question, why is the Gospel according to MARY omitted from the Bible and the Gospel according to JUDAS, they are as real as any of the others but have been omitted from the Bible. And IF Jesus was the son of God why was he born in Bethlehem he could just as easily been born in America, why there. and why is it only the JEWS that were saved. And why is the Bible called the HOLY bible it is simply a story book about a nation it's people and a biography of one mans life (part of his life)

People are human, and even those who know the bible don't always follow it in the ideal way.
People interperet things differently, people have baggage that taints their behavior and their own ability to turn their lives over to God.
People do try, but people are not perfect. That is the greatest myth that non believers have about Christians, is that they are hypocrites.We are not.
We are wanting/trying to live a right and good life but often miss the mark because we are not evolved enough in our faith, or even more correct...child-like enough in our faith.

The saved will live on the earth. I believe that as do millions of others in my church. Who ignores that? Non believers ignore a lot. Are there believes who ignore it? If so, who and why do you say that?

What? Let me guess, it forbids something. Or it's really judgemental about something that's nobody's business but your own. Or perhaps its about coveting, or smiting. Or it's about what stuff is yours and what stuff is Gods. Or it's about a guy with a goat and he learns something. Or his wife is made of salt. Or something.
Such bad writing in your cult. Plot lines to make you plotz.
Can't you bible people even form a cohesive question? What do you mean "What does X state?" Read it you weak minded putz!
My point is: What is your question? You didn't pose one.
Now I've just gone off and read it. It's something about real-estate.
