On a beer tour of europe i got to taste many of the finest beer in the world. Among my favorites were tennents super, topo (from a monestary in the hills of italy) and of course if you wanna go for a big brand red stripe is always good. If im going cheap its gotta be the national beer of texas: lone star.

Stout - Founder's Kentucky Bourbon Breakfast
IPA - Dogfish Head 90-minute or Three Floyds Pliny
Belgian - St. Bernardus Abt 12, or any Trappist Quadruple

A&W Rootbeer for me. Not a fan of "grown-up" beer. Leaves a gawd awful aftertaste. Sorry! Do I get kudos if my husband drinks beer? I think his is Coors Light, but have surely noticed that he drinks several different kinds. He says NO cheap beer will contribute to his beer belly though!
