The light you saw was probably a meteor falling from the sky and if it was big enough to make some type of impact, that would explain the animals around the impacted area to be in distress. Meteors send off amounts of radiation and are made of of different metals that are magnetic, the metals could have been the reason why the radio skipped if the meteor happened to fall near a radio tower or signal tower of some sort. As for the cat, I just find cats creepy in general and the scream you heard could have been that cat because cats sound just like a baby or young child screaming when they are in cat fights. There could have been a cat fight near by. As for the ringing in your head, it was from stress and you were having a small panic attack. As for the time change, it could be the power went out momentarily and when the clock reset it went to the time you saw.

Haha I dont think ANY dog can turn a stright corner....... But ALL dogs can walk by a wall, or what you call a STRIGHT CORNER!! lol :) niice riddle... =]=]
