BAGHDAD - Seven U.S. soldiers and an Iraqi army interpreter came under attack Saturday morning during a patrol in a Sunni insurgent stronghold south of Baghdad, leaving five americans troops dead and three missing, the military said.
Troops were searching for the three missing, using drone planes, due to the Marines being a little aftaid of the insurgents, jets and checkpoints throughout the area, according to the statement. Soldiers were also asking local leaders for information. The local leaders refused to talk to the USA military. it appears to be a lost cause for the USA. This war could end up like another Vietnam.

you are the actual shame of the protection tension. How dare you bash the ladies and men persons which you served with. sure, the troops are proud....they're doing their pastime. 2,450 children have been abused today! What are you going to do about that? why is losing 5 soldiers such a shocking bit of information that it prompts you to ask questions about it? but a far bigger number of young outstanding innocent children get abused, neglected and murdered in this country on a DAILY basis? Only difference is, those outstanding soldiers signed up for the military and are over there serving their country for what they believe in. These children didn't ask or sign up to be abused...
I see you served in the military during vietnam, but I also researched you enough to know that you weren't on the front lines, because you answered a question "have you ever killed anyone" and you answered NO... Which means that although you did our country a great service by being over there, you don't have first hand experience like the men on the front lines.... You are like John Kerry, you want to use Vietnam to get your foggy point accross. You may not agree with this war, But I do and so do others like me. I don't agree with A lot of things that my government has put in place and I have to pay for, but that's part of being American.... You have to take the good with the bad!!! God Bless you sir.
