i have filed state tax for nc and was suppose to get a refund back. this has been every time for about 5 years. i have not recieved my money .

You could go down to the local NC Dept. of Rev. and have them look into it. They usually are pretty helpful in person. Or you could call the local office even.

You need to contact the IRS and have all copies of the tax returns that you are missing.
If you owe child support, sometimes the state will take it to pay the support.
