If you think being with the creator of everything would be boring you really are a nut case.

The bible says in Revelation chapter 21:1- chapter 22 what it will be like. However it will not be the heaven you think where we float in the clouds with little wings pasted to our backs and halos above our heads. I don't even know where that concept of heaven was derived. Revelation is the chapter in the Bible for those who don't know that explains what God showed to John the apostle. God was glorious to let us know what it would be like:
Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth (the one we live on now) were passed away; and there was no more sea.
21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain: for the former things are passed away. (So no more sorrow or death which I thought is what everyone wanted).
Then he goes on to describe the new city where chrisitans would now dwell. It says that there is a wall around it made of jasper and the city was pure gold, like unto clear glass:Rev 21:18
Then in verse 19 it goes on to say how the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all precious manner of stones, jasper, sapphire, chalcedony and emerald etc.
23: No need for the sun or the moon
There will be a pure river of water of life clear as crystal
Chap 22: 2 The trees are going to bare 12 fruits and will yield fruit every month.
Everyone complains about all of the hardships in this world and murders and rapes and yet God says that on the new earth Rev 21:8 But the fearful and the unbelieving, and the abominable and murderers and whoremongers, and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Isn't that what you want now, to live in peace without the worry of these things? Or would that just be too boring? God is going to give us new bodies that are perfect without the flaws you see when you look in the mirror, unless of course you are conceited and don't see flaws, lol. I really can't wait!

Highly unlikely it will be dull. As an Atheist I felt sure you would
be able to do better than that.
The Bible says this, "Eye has not seen, neither has ear heard,
nor has it entered into the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love Him."
So let your imagination run wild to the point of utter and absolute exhaustion, and you will not touch on what is waiting for Christians on the other side of the grave.
I will tell you this - It will be holy and pure. Maybe creating and
designing a galaxy or two or three million of them. Moving in space merely by thought without any transportation, -- you get the picture....... I could really get into this but I want to answer more questions so I will leave it up to you to get as creative as you can.

We will WORSHIP God
We will ENJOY God
We will ENJOY other people - Believers will live with other believers, including family and friends.
We will be FILLED with delight - Incredible heavenly golf courses? Symphonies beyond imagination? Perhaps passions we were not able to seek on this earth ? We can only imagine it in terms of the best on earth. God does promise us eternal pleasure (Psalm 16:11). And He also tells us that we cannot even imagine the wonderful things He has in store for us in eternity.

In the heaven there is no disease, no angry, no death, and there is nothing that you hate on the earth.
In the heaven you will live in a beautiful place, a place where you don't smell any bad smells, nether you test any thing bad.
Every thing in the heaven you will like.
The heaven is a place that you didn't see any think like it. It is a place you didn't look any thing like it. It is a place that you even couldn't imagine, in your thoughts, that there is a place like it.

Well the 1,500 mile high city of New Jerusalem will be on earth. God will dwell there and we will be able to worship him there for eternity. We also have the entire universe to explore. Maybe Genesis' "replenish the earth" will be replaced with "replenish the universe." That's a pretty exciting idea.

If it's the Flying Spaghetti Monster's heaven there are beer volcanoes and male/female strippers factories.
If it's the christian fundies one, you can have eternal tea parties with Mother Theresa.
I made my choice, did you ?
Ramen !

I don't know but it's supposed to be a place of peace and you'll be reunited with your family as long as they didn't go to hell. It's better than going to Hell where you'll be tortured for an eternity. You can go to Heaven by accepting Jesus as your savior and asking him to forgive you for your sins. You should also pray before eating and pray for other things. That's the only way you'll be in Heaven.

Depending on what religion you follow. I like the one where you get those 21 virgins waiting for you. But then when I think about it, they won't be virgins anymore and things would get boring rather quickly. I think there would be plenty of things to do. I like the representation that the movie "Defending Your Life" made. Although the city portrayed is a purgatory like place, I think heaven is like a large city with plenty of things to do. You could do anything, eat anything, and meet anyone without and consequence. Because according to some religions, it is supposed to be a reward.

its a blast, you get to worship God all day and night. On worship breaks you can mix and mingle with reformed child molesters that get last minute salvation. All the quality people are in heaven.
