There can be many causes and most are nothing major. Just two reasons could be break through bleeding. or cervical erosion.

Break through bleeding can happen at anytime when you are on birth control. It can happen for no reason, if you take your pill late (even by a few hours) or skip a pill. Many doctors will change your birth control pill if it happens three months in a row just to be on the safe side.

Cervical erosion is a totally normal condition where the cells grow out of the cervix. This condition is caused by sexual intercouse, tampons and the insertion of a speculum so almost all females have it at one time or another...and usually frequently. In fact, most females aren't aware they have it because they have no symptoms and the doctor cauterizes it with special swabs during their routine gyn exam.

The only symptoms that sometimes develop from cervical erosion are spotting or bleeding after sexual intercourse; spotting or bleeding between periods or a clear or yellowish vaginal discharge that has no odor.

The chances of being pregnant are very slim if you have taken used your birth control exactly as prescribed. Though slim, it can happen but it is only a 1% chance.

Just keep your appointment and you will soon know what is causing your bleeding. Good luck!

I do spot nevertheless or a couple of instances in the course of intercourse I did begin bleeding!! I guess its simply hormonal alterations. The health care professional demands to determine you out to be certain not anything is incorrect and than he'll normally positioned you at the capsule to keep an eye on your durations! Do move and feature a pap smear. a few instances irregular vaginal bleeding is a signal of a significant situation!!
