breakfast is easy dude
to make the hashbrowns grab a potato and grate it and toss the grated tater in a non stick skillet with a little onion powder and butter
buy some pancake mix that only needs water and mix the two together till smooth and not too thick or thin and add some batter to a nice nonstick with a little pam or butter
bacon just needs to be fryed till browned well on both sides and drained on paper towel
eggs are simple enough just crack 4 or 5 in a bowl and add a tiny bit of milk and salt and whick them up till frothy and pour that into a clean nonstick pan with a tiny bit of butter on medium heat and let the eggs just set about 3 minutes and turn them gently till desired doneness.
make a little toast and BAM there you go...I am going to make some meself tomorrow for me and mine...good luck amigo...you can do it.

Eggs - I'm not sure what kind you want, but I bet she would love scrambled eggs. Crack about 3 eggs into a bowl and wisk them to make sure the yolks are broken. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil to it. Put the wisked eggs into the pan and cook them, making sure to move them around a bit. You'll know they're done when they aren't watery anymore.
Pancakes - Sometimes the best pancakes are the ones using mixes. Why don't you go buy a mix at the grocery store? They'll taste good and there will be directions on the box. Make sure you heat some maple syrup, or any kind of syrup you like, to pour over them.
Bacon - Take a few pieces out of the package that you bought, and place them in a skillet with a bit of oil in it under medium heat. Be careful, since bacon is greasy and the grease may fly up and hit you. Once the bacon is crispy, remove it from the skillet using tongs or a spatula and put it on a piece of paper towel to soak up a bit more of the grease.
Hashbrowns - Peel and shred 2 or 3 cups of potatoes, and rinse them under cool water and lightly dab them with paper towels to soak up a bit of the water. Combine the potatoes, and a pinch or two of salt and pepper in a bowl. You can also add onions if you want. Melt a few tablespoons of butter in a big skillet on high heat. Put the potatoes in the skillet and push them down to make the flat with a spatula. Cook them for about 10 minutes until the bottoms are brown, and use the spatula to cut the large hashbrown into smaller hashbrowns.
And you're done! Good luck with your breakfast, it's a really nice thing to do for your mom. :-]

The pancakes and bacon will take the longest to do.Put the bacon strips to cook on a low flame in a small skillet.Get the pancake mix and follow directions on box to mix.The other skillet needs to heat up on a low heat to fry the pancakes on.When hot(put a few drops of water on it to see how hot)Take a pour the batter slowly in the middle of the pan. When the batter is the size of a pancake you like stop. Now watch the batter it will slowly bubble as the mix cooks.Turn when batter looks bubbly even in the middle.Do as many as you want to serve.Your bacon will be done,so drain the oil from the pan.Use it to lay the hash browns in to cook, put a lid on them. They will brown fast,so just turn once and put on plate. Now scramble or fry the egg,and serve with a smile...You sure are a special person to do that for Mom...

I think it is very nice of you to do this for your mom, she would really appreciate it. Eggs are quite easy, you heat up the pan on the medium setting of the stove, add some oil, a little bit, or if you have a non stick pan it is not necessary. Eggs take about 3 minutes to cook. Be carefull that you dont break them while putting them in the pan, you should open them gently. Bacon is fried in a pan with some oil for about five minutes untill it is cooked. We dont do hashbrowns in my country, but toast. Try some fried tomatoes, cut in half and also fried in a pan for about a minute, add some salt.
Put a fresh flower, make some coffee and give it to her.

Breakast as we know it is about the easiest thing there is to cook. I used to teach Culinary Arts and breakfast was always so fun since many people find it challenging.
Eggs, over easy, hard, sunny side up or however are simple, you need: eggs, non stick 7 in skillet, oil ( i only use olive oil) use medium high heat, add oil, when hot, add eggs, flip if you like, for over easy or hard firm, you can add a bit of water and a lid ! practice makes perfect. Bacon, easy way is place on cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350, about 15 minutes, sausage links take about twice that time. Eat fresh fruit too! Cut and orange into 4 or grapes for garnish! Serve with toast. For more info, check out this resource: http://www.chefdepot.com , click on the blue link at top of the page EDUCATION to learn more about cooking.
