Wow, that's a lot of work. I'm sure you'll build great muscles. But I would definately make sure that you eat right. Lots of protein, or you could seriously mess up your body. You can eat the right foods, but maybe eat more than usual, because you are excersizing eccessively and you need to fuel this excersize. If you miss your period and you have not been with someone, you should definately see a doctor, because something could be seriously wrong. I read an article in a magazine about a girl who was a big track star, but she was also trying to diet, and she wasn't eating enough and was overexerting herself, and she ended up dying. Be careful!

No I don't think this is to much exersize but 10 pounds in 2 weeks is a bit far fetched as you are only supposed to lose abour 1-2 lbs a week, BUT it is possible. Over all sounds good though. As this routine gets easier try upping the crunches and treadmill. Good Luck! :)

Don't aim for too much too soon, it's better overall if you lose a smaller amount over a long period of time. Losing 10 lbs in 2 weeks is not healthy, and it's recommended that losing 2 lbs every week is easier to maintain, prevents from gaining the weight back, and prevents your body from hitting weight plateaus too soon (when your body pushed its limit on losing weight, making it harder to lose weight in the future). I think you should start small and let your body adjust, then slowly increase as you lose the weight.

Yes and not enough food. Most Drs only advise 2-3 lbs/week for HEALTHY weight loss. You are starving yourself which only slows down your metabolism. What happens in 2 weeks? School reunion or something? Whatever people think of you is a lot less important than your overall health.

I think it depends on your original weight. Just check yourself, make sure you FEEL okay everywhere. Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated.
