You cannot tell just from whether you saved someone's life whether you will go to heaven. Whether you will go to heaven is based on faith in God and living so as to know, love and serve him. If you saved someone's life but otherwise lived an evil life and never repented, you wouldn't go to heaven.

You may, but it also depends on what else you do after that...
If you save someone's life one day and kill someone the next day...I don't think that you will definitely go to heaven just because you saved someones life...
I think someone made it up! But it does help to you being a better person to get into heaven!

I think that statement is totaly balogna. In one way or another, we are saving someone's life everyday. For example, when you choose not to drink and drive, you are saving someone. When you talk to a friend that is depressed and needs a shoulder to cry on, you are saving them. If that statement were true, then hell would be empty because everyone would be in heaven. For all I know, this answer might save someone's life.

Someone made that up. Or they watch too many movies. No where in the Bible does it say that if you save a life you go to heaven.

In general, most of the tenets of religion were designed to keep lower classes in check. Belief that something better is going to happen is often good enough to put up with the misery of daily life. In that vein of thought, the common man might suggest that saving a person's life is a selfless enough act to gain promise of that goal.
It's all bunk. Whether it was written into a book by really old dead guys or it was written into a book by less old dead guys doesn't make any of it any truer.

The Continental shelf is the section the place we oftentimes wade and swim in. the place the Continental shelf ends, the sea floor drops off sharply. that's the region the place the sea floor transformations from the continental shelf to the continental slope. it quite is pronounced as the Continental Shelf harm. right here the sea turns into very, very deep. alongside this side, you additionally can discover the Continental upward thrust, places the place sediment is deposited. The Continental upward thrust is portion of the Continental Slope and it creates contour to the slope. previous the Continental slope is the "Abyssal undeniable". The Abyssal undeniable is a flat, featureless region. it quite is two-4 miles deep in many places. The Continental Slope ends the place the Abyssal undeniable starts in some aspects of the sea. yet another function discovered on the backside of the Continental Slope are Deep Trenchs. Deep trenchs are undemanding in a particular ocean. Scientists think of that deep ocean trenches are formed while shifting plates collide and one strikes decrease than the different. So, the Continental Slope starts the place the Continental shelf has the pointy drop off, then the Continental slope leads to the two an abyssal undeniable or a deep ocean trench.”

Made up statement. No god, no heaven, so no meaning!
Why should you need the bribe of an eternity of sucking up to god to make you save a life? Surely it is just the right thing to do?

I never heard of such a statement being true. Someone else must of made it up along with countless other statements surrounding God.

It is impossible to be certain, this is purely down to perspective and opinion.
No two people have the same view of reality, therefore there are as many realities as there are people, so this type of question will depend on who you ask and how they filter what goes on around them.
Remember, reality is simply pictures in your head, create the best reality possible and if you benefit from believing that there is a Heaven and a God, then make it so.

I'm sure someone made that up. I think if you saved someone's life when you were 20, and then for the rest of your life worshipped Satan and actively hated God, he'd probably chuck you in the griller.
