im trying to lose 10 pounds in two weeks with this im also eating like fiber cereals,low fat granola bars,low sugar fruits not bananas or mangoes or avocado and salad and protein

well just as long as you eat PLENTY OF HEALTHY foods. cause u seem to be constantly moving, so your burnin calories. and the more protein you eat. the more energy you have. but just as long as your comfortable with that your doing. know one knows how you feel but you. dont over push your limits either.
