some E mails I click into and it says you need power point and when I look or install it says I have power point but I can't get it to show my E mail. flustrated! please help me!

PowerPoint is not an email program. It is presentation software. Download and install the latest PowerPoint viewer from the Microsoft website:

I am not aware of any e-mail programs that require Power point to work. However, someone could have sent you a Power point file as an attachment to an e-mail. If that is the case, you need to detach the file from the e-mail (look for an attachment symbol or option, click on, and save the file to your hard drive). Once it is detached, you simple open the file you saved in Power point like you would any other Power point file.

If I remember correctly Microsoft has a free power point viewer. search for it on there site.

save the attachment to your desktop first then open it.

if you dont have power point installed the viewer is available here
