I want to tone my belly and thighs and also lose weight... any ideas?? Anything would help thanks! Oh and sorry I dont want to use diet pills or have lipo.

If it helps im 5'8, 130 pounds and want to go down to 120 or 115.

I think you're skinny enough!! Don't loose any weight! As for toning up,I think light, repetitive, free weights are best? I've used Richard Simmons tone & shape, but that's really old! I'm sure there's newer ones out there!!! lol

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Eat less, exercise more; at least 30 minutes a day. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, use steaming, grilling, broiling and boiling techniques. No soft drinks, reduce fats and oils as much as possible. Check with your Doctor first. Good Luck!

stop drinking soda...you will lose weight...but walk or run.
