What do I open bin files with on Ubuntu 7.04 Feisty Fawn? I downloaded google earth and it is a bin file!?

Please tell me what do i need to open it! and it is a bin file! my archieve manager does not work on bin!

I installed Google Earth but it does not work! I execute it and it just restarts my os everytime!
I execute it and it prompts me to log in every time! Plus i got probl;ems with ubuntu

try sh command like
sh googleearth.bin
