I have some software that I loaded from limewire and I want to make sure that it isnt filled with spy stuff, any suggestions? I dont have a anti virus, any free onse for download that are decent?

Advise : Dont Install any software you are not sure about from Limewire or Bearshare. To detect if it spyware look at the size of the software and see if it reasonable size , for example, if the software is less than 500kb, I wouldnt install it.

Download only known file extensions like .mp3 and after finish you download scan the file with antivirus software you can find AVG free from the web.
