There is platninum blonde which is like white.

Christina Aguilera has gone from white to black back to white hair so it can be done. If it hurts is beyond me.

You will torture, strip, and burn your hair. What stylist actually do is bleach your hair to get all the natural black out and the out come is you will probably have to dye it every 3 to 4 weeks to avoid your black roots from being noticed, and of course you will have to pay every time you get a touch up, any how here in the U.S.A stylist offer white dye I don't know if any other country offers it.
Personally, I think black hair is beautiful, radiant, and sexy take it from a beautiful Hispanic woman. Good luck!

Dying spoils your hair
White is a colour i think u shall just dye your slits not completely!!B'live me that looks ausom
It won't hurt nor is it costly
I guess you are in college see if dying your hair is allowd am in
There is a white dye which I think you will find in Bandra most probabaly
It will last till your next hair wash

Something else you should know:-------------------
Dying your hair to any color will spoil your hair! maybe you know this but let me tell you its no good.
It will make some of your hair completely white due to strong chemicals present in it.
It will not last for more then 15 days (you may confirm this with your bution)
You can use Hena that will and it should give your hair burgandy colour.
But I like to know why you want your hair white???

3.if it is permanent den it will neva come of if its for a couple days it go back to black

What a drastic idea!! Why don't you try a wig before you start all that expensive and painful process? You should know that God gave you the perfect color hair for you. He does not make mistakes, so be grateful that you even have hair!!

it shouldnt hurt but please dont dye black hair to white because u wil av 2 bleach it and bleach damages ur hair dye it brown instead....
it is normally dne but u mite need bleach instead of proper white dye..
im nt sure hw long it will last but it shud last for some time...
depends hw much of the dye u need for the cost and Wat the price rate dependin on where u live...
there is blonde dye so there shud be white dye...

You'll probably have to do two dye processes. By straight hair bleach, they have it at hot topic or a beauty store. If you don't have either of those around, you can buy highlighting kids and just do your whole head.
It will come out orange, and you'll have to tone it out. It does burn, and itch your scalp.
