Yes this is a true reality and as they say confession is good for the soul.

Oh yes. It's like when you are holding a burden for a while for something you have done wrong, then confessing to God of your sins feels like that burden was gone. I find myself at peace after wards. It's a wonderful feeling to have such a merciful and forgiving God. God Is AWESOME!

Yes,I once apologized to my friend for something that i'd done and it felt as if I had nothing to worry about.I was extremely relieved.And I make sure not to make such mistakes again.And I'm sure ,she accepted my apology whole-heartedly.
