I am 28, doing reasonably in my career, make a decent 35-40 k. I am good looking too. I believe it's the right time to find a girl for myself, but on the other hand i think that in my case, i am in a position, where i know that if i give my career another 6 months to a year, i would be in a much much better position financially and professionally.
I am thinking of putting up a profile on a matrimonial website.
I would like to have an idea about what would be the ideal age - range of the girls who would be interested in my profile?
Your own personal opinions are definitely welcome.
Any advantages or disadvantages, if i wait for another year for marriage. I'll turn 29 by that time.

You should not keep things like marriage on hold.You will feel settled after marriage and will perform better. No doubt you will have to give lot of time to your wife for initial 4 to 6 months but that is worth it. You will enjoy married life more if you get married in a year or two. Guys who get married after 30, suddenly start feeling too mature though there is no reason to feel that way. Besides it will take atleast a year for you to find a suitable girl (if you are going for arranged marriage), and this process is long and tiresome specially if you have taken it on yourself to check the girl out.Go ahead, stop thinking too much like a typical IT Guy and take a plunge.I dont know about ideal age group . It is entirely your call.

oh 29 isnt that old age //is u r little shy tyo get married ..and listen ...very frankly speaking .... 35-40 k is nothing in todays world ..why ..as 1st u will have a wife ..meeting her needs ..u know na !! i mena those make up kits and all ..and if u wnat a good open minded eductaed wife ..then reallie 35-40 k is nothing ..as she will be a new bride ..her expectations will be high too ..wut she ahs nto got form her paresnt she may xpoect u 2 give them ..i mena various things ranging for travelling to small household needs ...then say after 1 or 2 yrs u will have your child ..den ur earning [ which will probably increase] .wotn be suuficent as ..all d rituals have to be perfomed if one comes 2 know tat a child is coming in dis world ..and then all accesroies of child from nappies to big toys and clothes .. and abviously why forgetting your parents?? ..they r in ur and ur earnings need 2 ..they 2 need 2 b happy
so my dear frnd ..atleast earn some 100-150k ..[1 to 1.5 lac]
u can always try hard and yes .please wait for another 6 months to 1 yr ...29 is no big age ...belive me ..
and well with that much earning any gal from a good family whu is quite educated will be ready to marry u ...ALL THE BEST ..WORK HARD SO THAT UR FUTURE IS SECURED AND BRIGHT!!!

29 is not too old to marry. If you feel that you would be better off after another 06/12 months then nothing wrong in waiting.
But a word of caution, you may always feel that you would be a bit better after 06 months, so dont keep on prolonging. 30 is the best age to get married.

uknow the answer..i think u should not wait ..b cos if u wait , u will miss yr valuable time of romance,,,& you will have to plan for babies also... so dont wast time 7& find a girl u can live with your whole life

greater effective you talk all your desires along with your father and mom. they are going to be of great help to you.on an identical time you're making it sparkling to them you will marry a woman of your selection in basic terms. enable them to be certain that lady. arranged marriages are continually valuable because of the fact of involvement of two families.
