Recent studies using controlled experimens, have found that nutritional supplementation with the amino acids L-Arginine and Ornithine or Lysine can produce a rather large increase in growth hormones.
Zinc also contributes to the growth process.

Short answer: no. Absent malnutrition or other environmental effects that can stunt growth, pretty much the only thing that controls height is genetics. I suppose you could take certain growth hormones as well (which is done for some kids with underdeveloped hormone production), but if you're healthy, that will run some serious risks. Younger people have growth plates in their body (part of their bone structure), and they really can only get so big without some very debilitating and painful problems. (look up giantism or perhaps Andre the Giant if you are curious)
You'll grow until probably 18 or 20, so you can't just take a few hormones and plan on getting bigger now and then stopping--your body will keep going.
Height is just one of those things it's much better to accept. You can be as fit or muscular as you like, but height is a lot harder to do anything with. :)

No. People have the misconception that milk makes you grow taller. It doesn't make you grow taller, just helps strengthen ur bones. Your height is genetic.

Just kiddin, I don't think there is, sorry.
But It sounds like you don't need to be taller you need more confidence.I am 5 foot 5, undefeated amature boxer for 9 years, singer/ songwriter, great job as a therapist. the quality of life is in your spirit not your stature and any one who doesn't realize that is not worth your time. peace
