Open your window. In most places, it will cool down outside after dark. Put a fan in the window to draw cooler air from outside into the room.

If you are in a house, put a fan blowing outside at the opposite end of the house. This will create a nice draft current through the entire house, drawing cooler air in and exhausting the hotter air out.

I turn a fan on in my bedroom a couple of hours before going to bed and keep the door closed, which I find cools the room down a lot by the time I go to bed.
