Drink water when your body tells you it's thirsty. Drinking excess amounts of water can deplete your eletrolytes, and possibly result in death. Moderation is the key here!

The thing with drinking lots of water is as well as flushing out
the toxins, you also flush out vitamins and minerals too.
If you dont eat that healthily try a vit/min supplement, preferably one without iron.Too much water will give you a pounding headache...like a temporarily bruised brain..
and although it is rare its not that hard to drink so much you die!! literally by drowning your system.
find a balance, whereby your urine runs clear, without a headache. and the odd electrolyte powder mixed in wouldn't harm you....if you get bored, mix in some lemon.
Cheers!!

Hydration is important to the human body. As you may or may not know, we are 70% water. We need to replenish often. Drink 6-8 bottled waters a day. You will pee alot more, but you will realize weight loss believe it or not. You will have more energy, and feel cleaner inside and you are allowing flow for toxin removal.

Drinking lots of water can actually be harmful.....

Current research seems to be shifting more towards there being little benefit beyond what you need in order not to be thirsty rather than having to drink a specific amount.
