No, there's no equivalent in Vietnamese, however there are 2 ways to express ordinal numbers:

We can just say một, hai, ba as shorter way to express
Trung đòan 1-> First bataillon, Quận 2->2nd district. This is the most common way.

We also use the chinese rooted numbers in some special cases: Nhất, nhị, tam, tứ, ngũ, lục, thất, bát, cửu, thập.

Ex: Quận nhất=1st district ONLY
For imperial title: Napoleon đệ nhất=napoleon the 1st
For formal names Đệ nhất khách sạn=First Hotel (in saigon)
Đệ ngũ cộng hòa (fifth republic)
For ranking: Hạng nhất, hạng nhì,... but after 2, we usually use hạng ba, hạng bốn, hạng năm....

I have to say that the numbers in the above link is outdated and unpractical. sorry!

that is a lot extra advantageous than a canvas painted with words, it quite is a video. Your expertise for seen imagery and for captivating the senses is staggering. The typhoon you describe resonates with sound and vibration, so as that the reader feels the electrical powered energy interior the air. I shall attempt a Luc Bat, regardless of the undeniable fact that I doubt it is going to attain the point of your poem "while Lightning strikes."
