When viewing the page on the monitor everything looks fine -but- when I go to copy it I do not get all of it. I'm sure there MUST be an adjustment to correct this, BUT WHERE AND HOW?

How are you copying this? What shows on your monitor often will not print unless you print it landscape - along the long side of the paper. Websites are especially noted for not printing as they are actually wider than your print borders, which are 1" top-bottom-right-left.

Choosing landscape is done in your printer properties and do it for the one print job only, as you probably don't want EVERY thing you print to come out landscape.
