they keep hurting and its the bone part it hurts REALLY bad and the only reason i can think of is b/c i was swinging on a really hard plastic swing (on my hips!) back and forth for like an hour! is that y?

MY PANTS are loose but tight on that one spot! all the way around my waist is loose though

sitting on hard plastic can really do a number on your hips. I recommend you take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts and soak for 30 minutes. This will help relieve some of the pain. Afterwards massage a analgesic cream into your hips. Lay down and rest. You're going to have to stay in bed for a few days to give the hips time to recover. You can also use a heating pad for twenty minutes at a time several times a day.
Use Advil tablets three times a day to help bring down the inflammation.
if you don't feel better after a few days see your medical doctor.

If you were swinging for that length of time, you might have gotten a bone bruise which could last for some time.
Do you really want to be in such bad pain for that long? I'd check with the doc and find out what it is, so he can relieve the discomfort the best.
Might be a bursitis or any number of other conditions. Don't 'sit' on it.

Sure sounds like it to me. Hip related muscle strains and minor injuires can take a long time to heal. No more swinging for you!

yeah its probaley because of that swing... you might have bruised or put to much pressure on it for a long time (like you did) It will probaley go away in a few days or maybe a week... dont be too worried.
