mine was a witch after 4 years of having not seen her i m still trying to understand her behaviours.She loved to decide anything for us .

Mine has a very long story behind it, but I'll give you the short version. We are civil to each other. Some days are better than others. In the beginning of my relationship with my husband, her and I got along just fine. She was in very rocky abusive (verbally and physically) marriage that was ending. After it ended, her son and I got engaged. That was the turning point in our relationship. She had a way of controlling everything. She made planning our wedding hell until I finally stopped listening to her and did what I wanted. My husband started to see all the games his Mom plays after he moved out and we got married so that has made life a lot easier. Right now I think I'm only in her good graces because she is having problems with my sister-in-law. Just as long as my husband and I are on the same page, I could care less what his Mom is thinking/doing. She just really needs to get a new man and stay out of our lives so much.

No I don't get along with her! The only time she liked me is if I was sending her something! Money, smokes, gifts.etc. Now that my husband and I have decided to stop doing this she hates me. She actually called me up a year ago when she knew my hubby was at work and started screaming at me!! Needless to say we haven't talked since!! Thank god!!

No mine was a total stirrer,and she could see no wrong in her sons behaviour,because she had a **** life with his dad,she thought i should live the same life and not complain about it,needless to say,she is no longer my mother in law-thank god!

While we didn't like each other at first - we tolerated each other for the sake of my husband. Now we are best friends. We are getting together today to play Bunco as a matter of fact.

I don't get along with that ***** and it suits me just fine. Her son can do no wrong in her eyes and that's fine by me. Our lives our much more enjoyable now that I don't give a heck about her and I stopped kissing her ***.

i use to get along with her that because i was not with her son but we got back together and know i feel that she thinks that her son is making a big mistake my getting married to me .......... but really i don't need her she really was not some one i talk to or went out with so in a way i am not missing out
