I dont mean to be rude, but that seems rather shallow. If you did not notice her as person yesterday and then today simply because she has a dress on you think of her as someone different it is kind of odd. Like you have a dress fetish. If define womanly as something that is external, and superfical I dont know what to tell you. I often wear frumpy clothes because I do not want to be objectified by men and I want to be seen as a person. I do not want a man to approach me simply because of what I am wearing on the outside. I do not want to be hit on by shallow men who think what it means to be a woman is to put on a certian costume.
