Can anyone help with translating the following into Russian, Norwegian, and German?

Hello everyone,

I work in a hotel and with the English smoking ban coming in on 1st July, I need to get signs put up around the place informing people of the legislation. Most of our foreign guests are Norwegian or Russian, so they are the 2 main languages, however German would be useful too. I already speak French & Spanish so they won't be a problem.

So any chance someone could translate the following into Russian/Norwegian/German for me please?

1) From 1st July 2007, it will be illegal to smoke in this hotel.

2) Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel.

3) No smoking.

If there are any similar phrases you can suggest, feel free.

1) (Laut Gesetz)...Es ist ab dem 1. Juli 2007 verboten in diesem Hotel zu Rauchen.

2) Das Rauchen ist im gesamten Hotel untersagt.

I know this isn't the answer you're looking for, but honestly, I think it would be wise if you contacted a professional translator to do these signs for you, simply because, if you don't speak German, Norwegian or Russian, how can you judge which of the answers you've received is the best? For all you know, the answerers could have used online translators, which are useless. I understand that you don't want to pay for the translations, especially as the text is so short, but poorly-translated signs not only risk being incomprehensible for your customers, but will also make your hotel seem cheap. I just thought it was worth mentioning.

1) С 1-го июля 2007 года курение в отеле запрещено. or
С 1-го июля 2007 года курение в отеле считается незаконным. (The second variant is closer to your English variant, however the 1st is more common )
2) Курение запрещено во всех частях отеля.

In Hebrew it depends whether the subject is masculine, feminine, singular or plural. Assuming masculine-singular, עשה קליקים בשניות "asa klikim biShniyot" There are more native words for a clicking sound, but this is probably closest.
