Just tell her that it's over and that your personalities aren't compatible, but DO NOT insult or say mean things to her. Don't tell her lies either. I have done the same things she did and believe me, it hurts a lot to have harsh things said to you by the person you really like, and it doesn't go away for months. If she doesn't stop bothering you, just ignore her for a while and she'll give up.

Here i am a girl here is how you handle it... WE ARE OVER YOU ANNOYING LITTLE GIRL!!!!!! then have your friend come over and tell her YOU HAVE JUST BEEN DUMPED and walk off.......JK if you want to break up with her take her somwhere where no one is and say im really sorry but i think that we should just be friends. Im really sorry. And if you arent brave enough to do it to her face then send her in an e-mail or text or call her. Remember dont forget the sorrys and dont forget to tell her that you can still be friends! Hope this answered your question and helped you out a little bit! :)

This is one of those times when you discover that pain has a place. If she hasn't got the point by now then you have to make it sting.
For example be as blunt as you possibly can and have no quams about her seeing you with another girl. Its not like she can get mad at you, because you two are no longer together.

If she STILL doesn't get it, she's a class A nutcase, which is somebody you need to avoid at all costs.

most women will hate you if you say, 'It's not you, it's me' or 'let's just be friends' or something like that. Usually that doesn't happen. Just be blunt; if she tries to call you, don't answer. If she emails you, don't reply. Stick to your guns, and you'll pull through all right. Don't give in to her pleas, or you'll look like a softie and an idiot with an annoying beyond belief clingy girlfriend, even if you think she's totally hot.

Thank You and Goodbye.
Then just move on with your life.
There is no successful or unsuccessful for dumping an annoying partner either you stick around or move on.
Good luck

don't give her a chance to be annoying...change your phone number(s) if you have to. Tell her you will file a harassment suit against her, an order of restraint. She's only annoying if you let her be. It's all up to you.
