Q.C Programme in Medical LAb. Technology?

I want to start a External Q.C programme in collaboration with affiliated Diagnostics Lab. of Medical field.
I want to establish L-J charts and bar charts for comparison data evaluation.
Is there any software available in market OR can somebody help me for the prep of this kind of programme.
