I really hate it. What could this do to my son and should I take any action to have my son's mind cleared on this?

it is your attitude about the matter that will have the most impact, and the longest lasting consequences

the more upset you are, the worse he will feel about himself and what he saw

try to act calm about it

He May, may, MAY be too young to remember. God Willing he is. If it had an impact on him there is no real way to know...When I was a small child an adult showed me a pornographic picture. At the time I was too young to fully understand what it was, but as I grew older I started to realise what I had been shown and it made me EXTREMELY uncomfortable to be around that person anymore...As a child he will have no idea, but as he gets older It may become a memory for him. I can remember every single detail of that picture I was shown and it still makes me feel sick when i think about it...But, I am a Woman and it was a man who showed me that picture...I know men look at porn with other men so maybe it won't be as bad for him as it was for me!
Leave him be for now, but when he gets that age please tell him not to objectify women and that women should be treated well and with respect. the women in these videos are not a classy woman you want your son dating...Do you want your son to watch porn when he is older? That will depend on how well you raise him to respect Women....

I know I won't get a best answer for this. (And i do have a child by the way), I would definitely say something to the older son, he is old enough to know better. As far as your 5 year old son goes, look on the bright side. He already knows about the birds and the bees. If he has a question, answer it. If the question could be deemed too explicit let him know in a couple of years you will tell him about. Just remember if you won't give him the answer somebody else will.

He's 5. He probably didn't even know what he was looking at. Don't make a big deal about it. What you should be concerned about is how your 5 yr old got a hold of a cell phone containing dirty material.
