find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Diet reveiw. Your body, to keep you alive if you stayed still all day long, needs 1200 calories. Check to make sure that you aren't eating 3000 calories when all you need is 2000 calories. Since the swimming pool is opening soon, get a membership and swim every day from opening to closing. For some reason, when I swim I'm not hungery. If you REALLY want to slim down fast, do what my brothers do-skip a meal or only have one big meal. When you eat your meal(s), just eat. Don't watch TV, talk, walk, and chew slowly so the food will regester in your brain making it so that you don't eat while your full and you don't realize it. Make your dessert fruit like mangoes. Sure, they havce sugar, but it's frucose which has one less molocule than glucose which your body uses. That means you spend more energy to get the energy you need. Join a sport or a team. To make money AND lose weight, walk dogs really well. All social events, try to go to them if they include dancing so you lose weight or even arrange for a dance party. I recomend the song 'Every Time We Touch' for dancing because it makes you feel energetic and dance and jump a lot. Well, if you read this long lecture, I hope you are thin soon.

Well, first of all, you shouldn't lose more than 1 1/2 pounds a week or you'll hurt your body. You'll have to lose weight the way everyone does who keeps it off--exercise more, eat less (but no less than 1500 calories or your body won't get the nutrients it needs to function), and eat healthier.Read a great book called Intuitive Eating. Get it at the library.

fortunate! i might kill to have curves like that. My hips are quite huge, yet my waist to hip ratio is significantly smaller so i appear as if a rectangle if i'm not careful. i won't be able to show you how to with the denims, yet i might have the flexibility to help with the skirts. i've got stumbled on that with my butt, I definitely can not positioned on short skirts (it is in basic terms not nicely well worth the hardship) so i like to positioned on those crinkly peasant skirts; any length is superb, yet i does not recommend going greater desirable than an inch above the knee. What I used to do (till now gaining way too lots weight) is positioned on the skirt slightly below the bellybutton to tutor off my hips, and pair it with a lovable good that in basic terms extremely meets the waistband.

I'm in the same boat. Unfortunately, we both know there is no easy fix. We basically have to move more and eat less. Dr. Oz's book 'YOU ON A DIET' is really good. I've been reading it. (Dr. Oz is that guy who's on Oprah all the time) Good luck!

Use spray oil instead of pouring. One squirt contains just one calorie compared to 120 calories coming from a tablespoon. If you use oil in your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you stone over the year.

Time your ingesting and exercise appropriately. Never eat prior to work out, and wait 30 to 60 minutes after training to be sure you catch your metabolism with its highest.

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be more successful at losing weight than people who don’t. Plan your dishes to incorporate healthy carbs such as special potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy each of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.
