I need to do that for Rasmalai but the problem is, it is in small cheese pieces and doesn't stick together? help please anyone

Well, I've never tried but I'll guess.

When cheese-makers form the heads of cheese, they use cheesecloth. So buy some cheesecloth.

I'm going to guess that large-curd cottage cheese would work best.

Put the desired amount of cottage cheese into the center of the cheesecloth, Pull up all the sides and twist them so that the cottage cheese in the center is compressed into a ball. Continue to twist until all of the liquid is squeezed out.

Then remove the ball of compressed cheese and repeat.

You need to remove most of the moisture. Line a colander with cheesecloth and let it sit in the sink or over another bowl. You can also us a small screen strainer.
