It probably is not acne but an acne wash can help a little. It sounds like Hidradenitis. Do a Google search of it and it will take to websites that show pictures of it. It only appears on the inner thighs, buttocks, under breasts and under arms. Its caused by a problem with the apocrine glands. There are also support groups since it can be a really devastating condition. If you want to discuss it, feel free to email me.

Yay, stirring up some controversy. That's the hip-hop way. Lol Just kidding. Umm technically speaking, there's a two-letter difference. But seriously, think about this. A black guy goes up to his white friend and says, "What's up my n*gga?". The white guy responds, "Chillin". What you're saying is that the black guy said the white guy was a n*gger...(and that's incorrect) So in a way, the word has evolved past it's slang version of the word n*gger and has now been used as a noun for a person, regardless of race. There will always be people who don't like the word being used but it's been proliferated to the point that you can't do much about it. And just remember this, I didn't change the meaning of the word, society did. How many songs(particularly rap songs) have used the word?

use an exfoliating scrub when bathing. St Ives makes some awesome apricot scrubs, but if you want something that smells a little better, Victoria's Secret makes scrubs with sugar in them in pretty much any scent imaginable. Using a scrub will help wash away all the dirt, oil and impurities that can clog your pores. Before bed at night, rub the affected areas with cocoa butter to smooth the scarring and pigmentation thats already there.
P.S. remember not to pick and scratch at them! That will lead to more scarring!

SEE A DOCTOR -
Sounds like hydradrenitis supporative, also known as acne inversa. Here's to hoping I am way off with my guess. This stuff sucks & never goes away. Anti-biotics & anti-inflamatories help. Also, warm compresses, weight loss, not shaving the area and wearing loose or no undies. With all these things that "help" there is no cure.

best thing to do is see a dermatologist.
don't mess around when it comes to scaring your body especially those areas. they can be rather painful at the inner thigh and the bosom, come on, you know we gots to keep these looking its best.
constant acurances of these things may require antibotics and change of foods maybe but know that these are common areas because this is where moister is ..my derm. told me to let those puppys hang loose from the bra when possible to let air hit the closed in area and for the inner thigh the same thing. avoid tight jeans. avoid rubbing. When i where tight jeans i put gazz pads on the area where i seem to get these boils to avoid rubbing and irritating the area it seems to hit. keep it dry. good luck. hope this helps.

a boil is usually a staph a infection. If you see the dermatologist when they are just forming, you can get a tiny steroid injection that will make them go away. If this is a chronic issue, I suggest that you go to the dermatologist as soon as possible.
oh, kami, good catch! If this is what you have, then you really need to go see the doctor about it as soon as possible, as there is no cure, only management! pictures:

Some people said it too, hidradenitis suppurativa.
Chronic suppurative folliculitis of apocrine sweat-gland–bearing skin of the perianal, axillary, and genital areas or under the breasts, developing after puberty and producing abscesses or sinuses with scarring.
