i have a fat stomach, big arms. i'm underweight but still!!! compared to my classmates, im always the "chubby" one. I WANT TO LOSE THAT TITLE!!!! i eat less yet i still don't lose these extra fat in my body!!!! i'm planning to join our cheering competition and u know well that they commonly go for the belly-showing outfits right??? can aerobics make my stomach smaller? and after my sessions can i still catch up doing it w/o a trainer?? plsssss help me!!!

Yes, 30-45mins of aerobics 4-5x a week will help you burn fat. Crunches & other abdominal exercises will target your troubled area. You can also try this for lower abs:


Lower Ab floor exercises:

Lay on your back legs straight. Slowly lift legs up in a 45degree angle. Slowly lower without letting your heels touch the floor. Make sure you keep your lower back flat against the floor. You may want to put your hands (forming triangle) under your buttocks for support (if needed). Start with 3-5 sets of 10 and work your way up.

Try Bodypump, its a Les Mills aerobic program. If you want smaller but tone arms, use less weight. a bigger perkier butt use more weight for the squats and lunge tracks, this program really really works, I used it for 6 months and lost 55lbs, and have very nice tone now. Les Mills is international, originating in the UK, and the best part about it is it's really fun!

You have to do strength training. Its a myth that woman can not or should not work out with weights. You need to build muscle to burn fat. You can do this without a trainer but it would help to have access to weights and equipment like a leg press machine.

It doesn't sound like you want or need to lose weight but rather tone and firm certain areas of your body.
